Job summary

StepStone is seeking a Junior Analyst, AI Solutions (Learning & Development) in La Jolla to accelerate firm-wide AI adoption. You will design training content, lead enablement sessions, and serve as a hands-on resource for colleagues using low/no-code tools. A technical background is helpful but not required.

You will co-host sessions, build asset libraries, and craft practical AI workflows for diverse audiences across the firm. Strong communication and instructional design skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a client-facing, training, consulting, or analyst role (internships count).
• Demonstrated hands-on use of generative AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) in a work or academic setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and co-host recurring AI training sessions for audiences across the firm.
• Develop and maintain a library of enablement assets (guides, manuals, exercises, videos, prompts).
• Build and showcase practical AI workflows translating business pain points into reusable patterns.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group coaching on prompting, agent design, or workflow setup.
• Partner to design tiered training content and align use cases to business needs.
• Track, communicate, and demonstrate new AI tool releases and capabilities.
