Job summary

Sysdig is seeking a dedicated enablement professional to build hands-on lab scenarios and deliver engaging cloud security trainings. You will script environments, design sessions, and help scale workshops with senior instructors, advancing your teaching skills and technical depth.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, use AI-assisted coding tools, and communicate clearly to technical audiences. A strong command of English is required and curiosity is encouraged.

Qualifications

• A working understanding of core DevOps and cloud-native concepts (containers, orchestration, CI/CD, Linux, cloud fundamentals).
• Hands-on comfort scripting in at least one language (Bash or Python) and working with YAML/Markdown.
• Clear written and verbal communication and genuine enthusiasm for teaching and presenting to technical audiences, with room to grow.
• Comfort experimenting with AI coding/agent CLI clients (Claude Code, Codex, or similar).
• Curiosity, reliability, and a habit of asking for and integrating feedback.
• Professional English, written and spoken (an additional language is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain hands-on lab scenarios and technical content (YAML- and Markdown-based) reflecting real-world use cases, with support from senior team members.
• Script and automate parts of the training environment (Bash/Python), and help troubleshoot the delivery platform (e.g. Instruqt, LMS) when issues arise.
• Help design and deliver training sessions, demos and workshops, starting alongside senior instructors and taking ownership of smaller sessions over time.
• Write clear, concise courseware and technical instructions, applying instructional design to align material with learning outcomes.
• Use AI coding/agent clients to help build labs, write scripts and draft content faster, knowing when to trust outputs.
• Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams, seek feedback, and build technical depth and presentation confidence.

What you will do

The annual compensation range for this full-time position is between €29,000 and €36,000. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
The national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) applied by Sysdig is CCNL Terziario-Confcommercio.
