Job summary

SFE in California is seeking a hands-on software engineer to design and deploy scalable applications, APIs, and integrations for enterprise needs. You will work with Python, SQL, REST APIs, and AI/GenAI capabilities, plus cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD to build PoCs and production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Python programming with debugging skills.
• Experience with SQL, data processing and relational databases.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrations.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience building or supporting AI/GenAI applications using LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG concepts.
• At least 1 year in application troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and production support.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• Must have hands-on programming experience in Python with strong coding and debugging skills.

• Must have 1 year experience building or supporting AI/GenAI applications using LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG concepts.


• Must have minimum 1 year experience in application troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and production Support.
