Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Zero to two years of professional software development or related experience.
• Experience creating working software with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
• Proficiency using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot or Claude) for AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain entry-level applications, scripts, integrations, and workflows.
• Use AI coding assistants to generate, explain, refactor, test, and document code with oversight for correctness and security.
• Assist with building AI solutions, including prompts, chat interfaces, and LLM API integration.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and working software under guidance.
• Write clean, modular, well-documented code following standards.
