Job summary

Artefact is seeking a Junior AI & Data Consultant to join our US-based team in New York. You will perform advanced analytics, interface directly with clients, and deliver AI-driven insights and proofs of concept. This role combines consulting rigor with hands-on development using Claude Code, Gemini CLI, and Codex.

The ideal candidate has 0–3 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and comfort with data analysis in SQL/Python, plus excellent communication for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, technology, or related field.
• Hands-on AI literacy; regular use of AI tools for real work and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Define client needs through interviews with client teams and technology partners.
• Perform advanced data analysis and research on high-impact client problems.
• Help build, formulate, and present strategic data and AI recommendations.
• Keep internal project efforts aligned and interface with clients with confidence and care.
• Prototype ideas with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex).
