Job summary

Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare is hiring an Entry-Level AI Automation Systems Specialist to support AI-powered workflows and automation initiatives across the organization. The role emphasizes applying low-code/no-code solutions, CRM integrations, and AI tooling to improve business processes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms, basic coding knowledge, and a track record of contributing to technology projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework in CS/IT or related field.
• At least 1 year hands-on AI/automation experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation technologies.
• GHL (GoHighLevel) experience is desirable.
• Zoho CRM experience is a plus.
• Understanding APIs, webhooks, databases, logic, and integrations.
• Experience building/participating in low-code/no-code automation projects.
• Ability to show projects, internships, or portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain AI-powered workflows.
• Support automation projects using GHL and Zoho CRM.
• Identify repetitive processes and propose automation opportunities.
• Develop low-code/no-code automations, forms, and integrations.
• Connect systems, APIs, and data workflows.
• Use AI tools to assist research, data organization, and automation.
• Troubleshoot automation errors and aid testing.
• Document workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with HR and operations to gather requirements.
• Research emerging AI/automation technologies for potential use.
• Test new tools and integrations before deployment.
• Maintain data accuracy and access controls.
• Support continuous improvement of automation systems.
