Job summary

Tyk Technologies Ltd is hiring a Junior Agile Delivery Coordinator to keep multiple Agile teams on track by coordinating release trains, dependencies, and risks. You’ll transform delivery data into insights and leverage AI tools to improve predictability.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Agile Delivery to report status and risks, supporting product, engineering and commercial teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• A degree (or equivalent) in Business, Computing, Project Management, or Data/Analytics or a relevant Agile/Scrum/delivery certification.
• Hands-on experience in an Agile software delivery team (Scrum and Kanban).
• Familiar with Jira and Confluence as tools.
• Strong grasp of sprints, releases, Release Trains, and what can throw them off track.
• Comfortable working with delivery data and spotting patterns; able to verify fixes.
• Clear, confident communicator across Product, Engineering, QA and Commercial.
• Organised and detail-oriented with real follow-through.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work.
• Nice to have: experience across more than one team at once.

Responsibilities

• Keep delivery moving across multiple Agile teams by tracking sprints, releases, blockers and dependencies.
• Maintain Jira and Confluence and prepare regular reporting on progress, risks and release readiness.
• Analyze delivery data to spot slowdowns, test fixes with the team, and verify outcomes.
• Act as a second point of contact for Product, Engineering and Commercial on delivery status and risks.
• Help teams run effective Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Monitor CI/CD failures and other technical snags and flag them early.
• Use AI tools to speed up reporting, spot patterns, and reduce repetitive work.

The role:

As our Junior Agile Delivery Coordinator, you'll keep 2-3 Agile teams' delivery visible and on track by coordinating Release Train activity, and staying ahead of dependencies and risk before they become real problems.

You'll also turn delivery data into insight, using AI tools as a natural part of how you work, to spot where flow is slowing, where risks keep recurring, and where a small change could make delivery more predictable and effective.

Success in this role means becoming the trusted go-to for day-to-day queries from Product, Engineering and Commercial. You'll be working closely alongside our Head of Agile Delivery, communicating status and known risks clearly, and managing expectations along the way.

Here's what you'll be getting up to:

• Keeping delivery moving across multiple Agile teams by tracking sprints, releases, blockers and dependencies, and following up before small hiccups become big headaches.
• Keeping Jira and Confluence humming along, and pulling together regular reporting on progress, risks and release readiness.
• Digging into delivery data to spot where things are slowing down, testing fixes with the team, and checking whether they actually worked.
• Being a second point of contact - alongside our Head of Agile Delivery - for Product, Engineering and Commercial on delivery status and risks.
• Helping teams run great Agile ceremonies, like sprint planning and retros.
• Keeping an eye out for CI/CD failures and other technical snags that could throw delivery off course, and flagging them early.
• Using AI tools day-to-day to speed up reporting, spot patterns, and cut out the repetitive busywork.

Requirements

Here's what we're looking for:

• A degree (or equivalent) in Business, Computing, Project Management, or Data/Analytics - or a relevant Agile/Scrum/delivery certification.
• Hands-on experience in an Agile software delivery team (Scrum and Kanban), with Jira and Confluence as familiar tools.
• A solid grasp of how software gets delivered - sprints, releases, Release Trains, and what can throw them off track.
• Comfortable working with delivery data - spotting patterns, understanding causes, and checking whether a fix actually worked.
• A clear, confident communicator across Product, Engineering, QA and Commercial, with good judgement on when to solve something yourself,
• Organised and detail-oriented, with real follow-through and a curious mindset.
• Genuinely comfortable using AI tools already.
• Nice to have: experience working across more than one team at once.
