Job summary

The Enstrom Helicopter Corporation seeks an Entry Level R&D Engineer to join our on-site team in Menominee, MI. You will support design, analysis, testing, and development of rotorcraft systems under senior guidance.

You will work on airframe structures, dynamic components, avionics integration, and propulsion projects, collaborating with Engineering, Certification, Manufacturing, Quality, and Flight Operations to move products from concept through production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Entry-level candidates welcome; internship/co-op or hands-on projects preferred.
• Exposure to FAA regulations and DO-178/DO-254 is a plus.
• Experience with rotorcraft dynamics, testing, or prototyping is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and analysis of rotorcraft components and systems.
• Create and revise models, drawings, calculations, and reports.
• Assist in preparing test plans and procedures for bench and flight tests.
• Support data review and issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Document engineering findings and present to leadership.
