Job summary

Harold + Associates, LLC seeks a Junior Program/Project/Management Analyst to join the F/A-18 variants program at NAS Patuxent River. You will apply structured analytic techniques to evaluate objectives and track mission-critical deliverables in a foundational role.

Responsibilities include data interpretation, status monitoring, and developing reports for team reviews. A DoD Secret clearance and a BA/BS are required, with 0–3 years of defense or corporate experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in program analysis, project tracking, data management, or business operations.
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for data organization.
• Strong analytical reasoning, close attention to detail, and excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and interpret data to support baseline reporting.
• Monitor and track daily program status, milestones, and schedules.
• Analyze requirements, status updates, budgets, and schedules to align objectives.
• Perform basic analyses under guidance to evaluate operational alternatives.
• Compile findings into standardized spreadsheets, status reports, and presentations.
