Job summary

Consertus, a global capital program management and advisory firm headquartered in Miami, seeks a Junior Advisor to assist with project delivery, requirements gathering, and solution development. You will help build dashboards, document processes, and support client engagements across multiple sectors.

The role emphasizes clear communication in English and Spanish and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with strong written/spoken English.
• 0–2 years of experience in consulting, client engagement, or related roles.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Power Apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of client relationships to understand needs and contribute to proposed solutions.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through research, interviews, workshops, and discovery methods.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for developers and designers.
• Create process flow diagrams and document current-state and future-state processes.
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and develop recommended solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and communicate clearly.
• Gather and organize data to build dashboards that improve visibility of key business information.
• Support user training, create user documentation, and provide post-implementation support.
