Job summary

Consertus, Inc. invites a Junior Advisor to join a team delivering consulting services on projects involving optimization of organizational processes, technology, and operations. You will support recommendations and develop functional specifications for developers and designers.

You will gather requirements, build dashboards, and assist in training and post-implementation support, collaborating with cross-functional teams. A bachelor’s degree and bilingual English-Spanish skills are required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with or interest in process optimization, systems implementation, project management, or client engagement and consulting.
• Knowledge of software such as Power BI or Power Apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of client relationships to help understand needs and contribute to proposed solutions.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through research, interviews, workshops, and other discovery methods.
• Translate business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications for developers and designers.
• Create process flow diagrams and document current-state and future-state processes.
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and support the development of recommended solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure alignment on project goals and clear communication.
• Gather and organize data to build dashboards that improve visibility into key business information.
• Support user training, create user documentation, and provide post-implementation support.
