Job description

Advanced Resource Technologies, Inc. (ARTI) is currently recruiting for a Junior Action Officer to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). This position is full-time, exempt. Start date is immediate upon selection and public trust clearance processing as required.

SUMMARY

The Junior Action Officer role would be supporting the DGRS office.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Track new initiatives across the agency; work with leadership teams to implement new tools.
  • Support executive communications across the agency.
  • Track tasks and items to completion; develop new reports.
  • Support administrative duties such as taking meeting minutes, scheduling meetings, etc.
Job Requirements
  • Master's degree in any field, preferably in STEM, Business, or International Studies/National Security.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning and/or performance management.
  • Previous experience in project management, process design and facilitation, and executive communications.
  • Previous experience in designing and implementing processes and SOPs.
  • Strong proficiency in M365 and Atlassian.
  • Background in health policy and/or biomedical research.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all team members.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite- PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Word.
