Job summary

Green Expert Technology Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Junior Acquisition Analyst to support acquisition planning and contract management.

This role offers exposure to DoD/Navy acquisition processes and opportunities to grow within a defense-focused organization. The successful candidate will assist in developing, maintaining, and presenting briefings; attend meetings, prepare minutes, and research action items.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–4 years’ experience in program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management, with 2 years in DoD/DoN program, contracts, or acquisition management.

Responsibilities

• Employ the latest DoD and Navy policies and guidance related to defense acquisition to execute tasking in accordance with these policies.
• Assist in development, maintenance, and preparation of briefings; attend meetings and prepare minutes; and research and prepare responses to action items.
• Program and/or Progress Reviews; Milestone Reviews, Gate Reviews, or Resources and Requirements Reviews; Shipbuilder Program Reviews, including Post-Award Conferences and logistics meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field.

• Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance
