Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excel skills with pivot tables and formulas to manipulate data.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment.
• Demonstrates initiative by looking for ways to improve efficiency and willingness to take on new assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform journal entries and other close‑related tasks and analysis.
• Reconcile account balances.
• Research and address accounts receivable issues, outstanding balances and terms of payment.
• Resolve customer deductions by researching causation and supporting documentation.
• Process vendor invoices and address accounts payable issues and terms.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to understand work and its impact on other departments.
• Navigate company systems effectively.
• Other duties as assigned.
