Cypress Industries is seeking a Junior Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks using Tally and ensure accurate financial records. The role emphasizes journal vouchers, vendor and customer ledgers, and precise documentation across purchases, sales, and expenses.

Ideal candidates will handle routine accounting independently with minimal supervision and contribute to maintaining clean books and timely entries in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with day-to-day accounting operations.
• Understanding of journal vouchers and vendor/customer ledgers.
• Ability to maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Familiarity with general bookkeeping processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
• Process voucher accounting including purchase, sales, payments, receipts and journal vouchers.
• Manage purchase, sales and expense booking with proper documentation.
• Maintain bank ledgers and perform bank reconciliations.
• Record receipts and payments and ensure proper posting to ledgers.
• Prepare routine journal entries with supporting documents.
• Support vendor and customer accounting and ledgers.
