Exemplis LLC in Cypress, CA is seeking an Accountant I to record and report financial transactions, prepare journal entries and account reconciliations, and perform detailed analysis of balances and transactions. You’ll have the opportunity to build a strong accounting foundation in a high-paced, build-to-order manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel
• Understanding of GAAP
• Time management and attention to detail
• Quickly grasp new concepts

Responsabilités

• Prepare general journal entries and ensure all transactions are posted in an accurate and timely manner.
• Prepare intercompany journal entries between two companies.
• Support month-end close process, including variance and trend analysis.
• Identify and resolve variances in account reconciliations.
• Prepare cash reports and reconcile daily banking activity and bank accounts.
• Prepare bank wires or ACH payments as needed
• Assist with preparation of audit schedules and all other requirements for external auditors, including financial, tax, and physical inventory audits.
• Perform special projects as needed.
