Job summary

AIxCrypto, a Nasdaq-listed technology company, seeks a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting, month-end closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role offers exposure to U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting support, and SOX controls, with opportunities to learn ERP systems and collaborate across finance, operations, and external auditors.

Strong attention to detail and eagerness to develop a solid foundation in corporate accounting are essential, with CPA path encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0–2 years of corporate accounting or related internship experience.
• Foundational understanding of U.S. GAAP and the close cycle.
• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
• Experience with ERP systems preferred (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post routine journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate differences.
• Support AP/AR activities and cash application.
• Assist monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Maintain schedules for financial statements and SEC support.
• Assist with audits, tax requests, and SOX controls documentation.
• Improve processes and standardize accounting procedures.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors.
