HRCap, Inc. is seeking a Junior Accountant to support our corporate accounting infrastructure in a hybrid New York environment. You will own day-to-day AP/AR, assist with month-end close, and help optimize SaaS billing and revenue recognition processes.

This role provides exposure to multi-state billing cycles and a cloud-based FinTech stack. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with NetSuite or

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 1–2 years of progressive accounting/GL experience, ideally in a tech startup or digital environment.
• Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP) and familiarity with cloud ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP double-entry accounting concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable processes, vendor bills, customer invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close activities, accruals, and amortization balancing.
• Monitor and optimize SaaS billing processes, revenue recognition markers, and dunning workflows.
• Ensure expense submissions comply with internal policies across multiple states.
