Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices, maintain vendor records, and assist with customer invoicing.

• Reconcile recurring expenses and track billing disputes.
• Maintain clean general ledger data and prepare standard financial reports.
• Document workflows and support process improvements and new tools implementation.
