Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 and QuickBooks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable: issue invoices, apply payments, and follow up on collections.
• Accounts Payable: process vendor invoices, ensure correct coding, and payments.
• Company Credit Cards: review expenses and reconcile statements.
• Month-End Close: assist with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Process Improvement: identify efficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Issue Resolution: collaborate to resolve accounting discrepancies.
