Job summary

NOVOMATIC Americas Sales, LLC seeks an organized accounting professional to manage credit-control tasks, assist with AP/AR processes, and support bookkeeping and month-end close in a collaborative finance team.

Ideal candidate has an associate degree in accounting or related field, 1+ year of accounting experience, and strong MS Office skills. ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics BC) is a plus. This is an on-site role in Buffalo Grove, IL with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of Accounting experience or internships for new graduate.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete credit-control activities including preparing customer statements and contacting past-due balances.
• Support Accounts Payable process.
• Support Accounts Receivable process.
• Complete bookkeeping and cash reconciliation.
• Month-End close support.
• Other duties as assigned.
