Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with four (4) years professional experience in accounting; OR
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related area with two (2) years professional experience; OR
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related area.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting and reporting duties focused on the accounting close process, including journal entries, financial analysis and reconciliations.
• Complete assigned duties as part of the accounting close process and apply accounting policies to tasks.
• Perform analysis and reconciliation through system queries and investigation of reconciling items.
• Interpret and communicate variances identified in month-end close to supervisor.
• Assist in accounting and reporting activities and special projects as assigned.
