Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • One year of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams and other standard office software.
  • Ability to analyze financial transactions, research discrepancies, reconcile accounts, and resolve routine issues.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with internal departments and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile daily bank transactions and related general ledger activity.
  • Prepare routine journal entries with proper documentation.
  • Assist with month‑end close, audits, and internal control reviews.
  • Provide support for payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processing.
  • Assist with financial analysis, reporting, and process improvements.
