Qualifications

• Bachelor-level accounting/finance education or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or related professional experience.
• Experience with invoicing, AR, and financial reconciliation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting and financial management activities, maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare, review, and submit customer invoices on schedule.
• Maintain accounts receivable records and track outstanding balances.
• Follow up on aging receivables and resolve payment issues with stakeholders.
• Monitor invoice status, payment activity, and AR aging to support cash flow.
• Assist with project financial setup, maintenance, and reporting in Unanet.
• Review transactions for accuracy and proper accounting treatment.
• Assist with reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
