Illumination Works in Beavercreek, Ohio, is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. You will support day-to-day accounting, prepare invoices, and manage AR with a focus on accuracy and timely processes.

Formación

• Experience with accounting and financial processes.
• Understanding of Unanet or similar project accounting systems.
• Ability to organize and analyze financial information.
• 1-3 years of accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day accounting and financial management activities.
• Prepare, review, and submit customer invoices on schedule.
• Maintain accounts receivable records and monitor balances.
• Follow up on aging receivables and resolve payment issues.
• Assist with project financial setup, maintenance, and reporting in Unanet.
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders on financial matters.
