CW Financial Services LLC is seeking a Junior Accountant to support accounts payable and treasury activities. The role involves processing invoices for Corporate and Special Servicing, applying cash receipts, and handling travel expenses, with emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field, 1–3 years of accounting experience, and strong Microsoft 365 skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• One-to-three-year proven experience in office or professional settings, with a focus on accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing invoices for Special Servicing and Corporate accounts payable.
• Support Asset Managers with time-sensitive invoice processing and funding requests.
• Code cash receipts and disbursements to the appropriate general ledger account.
• Apply cash receipts to accounts receivable and compile supporting documentation for monthly cash activity.
• Reconcile expenses related to special servicing loans and list outstanding charges.
• Distribute weekly remittance notifications to vendors paid through Corporate AP.
• Enter manual checks into the system for bank distributions.
• Process weekly employee expense reimbursements through the accounting system.
• Research vendor inquiries about payment status for invoices.
• Assist with ad hoc requests related to the annual audit special servicing transactions.
