Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Accountant to join our accounting team. This role offers hands-on experience in accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting for a growing corporate accounting function.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 0-2 years of related experience, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Exposure to ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 0-2 years of accounting or accounts payable experience.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Preferred: Internship, campus accounting experience, or prior AP experience.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsabilités

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment.
• Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly account reconciliations and month-end close activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and support internal departments as needed.
• Assist with expense report processing and payment runs.
• Support audits and special accounting projects.
