Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts receivable: issue invoices and coordinate with warehouses, customers and internal departments.
• Assist with accounts payable: invoice approvals, entry, payments and vendor setup.
• Review expense reports for compliance, accuracy and disclosure.
• Perform month-end bank reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and journal entries.
• Support balance sheets, income statements, and closing processes.
• Assist in monthly/yearly closings and audits.
