• 3–5 years of accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related experience.
• Understanding of standard accounting procedures and general ledger activity.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheets and pivot tables.
• Experience with inventory accounting or a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment is a plus.
• Ability to learn new accounting and operational systems.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Comfortable supporting multiple departments and shifting priorities.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and interested in a stable, long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Support general ledger activity and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist with invoicing, receipts, bank statements, and account reconciliations.
• Help prepare financial reports and maintain supporting documentation.
• Assist with payroll and other confidential accounting information.
• Monitor inventory movement and help reconcile physical inventory against system records.
• Support the implementation of updated inventory and barcode processes.
• Assist with order entry, pricing updates, and customer order confirmations as needed.
• Create and maintain reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Provide general accounting and administrative support to the branch.

What You’ll Do

Schedule and Compensation

• Full‑time, onsite position
• Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Hourly compensation with overtime and profit‑sharing potential
• $70,000-$75,000k
