Job summary

W3R Consulting seeks a junior accountant to perform daily accounting activities in line with GAAP. You will help maintain the general ledger and prepare financial statements and reports.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business management and 0–3 years of experience. A hybrid work schedule is offered; if remote is not possible, you may need to work onsite in Chicago, IL.

Description:

Performs daily accounting activities in accordance with generally accepted accounting procedures, such as maintenance of the general ledger and preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports. Familiar with a variety of general accounting concepts practices and procedures. Generally reports to Supervisor or Manager.

Required Qualification:

• Candidates must have their own computer to work hybrid schedule. Otherwise they will need to work fully onsite.
