You will set priorities, manage projects, traffic assets, attend meetings, and maintain cross-functional communication to keep programs on track in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set priorities, organize workstreams, manage projects and support mid-level leads on larger initiatives.
• Provide daily support to the Business Leadership Team: status reports, asset trafficking, meeting notes, and timely updates.
• Coordinate projects with cross-functional teams and anticipate client and agency needs to keep work on track.
