Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a similar program.
• 1–2 years of experience in Account Services, preferably in an advertising agency (internships OK).
• Foundational digital knowledge across display, SEM, social, and web development.
• Proficiency in Google tools and project management platforms such as Asana.

Responsibilities

• Support the VP Account Services and Account Executives as a day-to-day client contact on assigned accounts.
• Help coordinate day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of the client.
• Assist with the initiation and execution of marketing, creative, media, and research projects for assigned accounts.
• Help build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
• Open work starts and maintain accurate project timelines, communicating changes to the team.
• Assist with billing activity for assigned accounts.
• Help draft creative briefs for review by the account lead.
• Prepare and maintain client status reports and meeting notes.
• Participate in client discussions to learn their business needs and support strategies that achieve client goals.
• Demonstrate passion for the client's brand by understanding its economics, customer, and competitive insights shaping marketing strategy.
