As a Junior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth for both small to mid-sized business accounts. You will manage the entire sales cycle. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and offering customized sales solutions to meet the unique needs of each business.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop account acquisition and management through business-to-business sales.
  • Client Relationships: Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships within a given territory.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Present sales pitches and product demonstrations to prospective accounts.
  • Prospecting & Closing: Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting new leads to successfully closing deals and driving new revenue.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in our CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Ambition & Drive: A strong desire to succeed, learn, and grow within a fast-paced sales environment. You’re eager to take on challenges and have the motivation to exceed sales targets.
  • Entry-Level Experience: While previous sales experience is a plus, it’s not required. We’re looking for individuals with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.
  • Strong Communication Skills: The ability to confidently communicate, build rapport, and engage with diverse clients, from small business owners to senior executives in large enterprises.
  • Team-Oriented: While you will be driving your own sales performance, we value collaboration. You’ll thrive in a team environment that encourages sharing insights, strategies, and celebrating each other’s successes.
  • Other Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, experience in a customer-facing role.
