Job summary

MSYS Inc. seeks a Junior Accessibility Tester for a long-term hybrid role in Nashville, TN. The position requires 3–5 years of software testing experience with ADA/Section 508 accessibility standards and hands-on AI-powered testing.

Responsibilities include manual and automated testing, regression, UAT, and accessibility assessments using WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA. Onsite 3 days/week in Nashville with W2 or C2C arrangements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software testing experience in a complex system environment with accessibility focus (ADA/Section 508).
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with health and human services systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated testing, including regression and UAT.
• Execute accessibility testing using Axe, WAVE, NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum setting on a long-term project in TN.

Technical Skills

Required Skills :-

• Minimum 3-5 years of software testing experience in a complex system environment, proven experience with ADA, Section 508, and WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA accessibility testing.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, State or federal health and human services systemExperience preferred
• Familiarity with eligibility and benefit management systems.
