Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot juice processing equipment (Bucher, De-Oiler, Centrifuge, Debittering).
• Startup, shutdown, cleaning, and sanitization procedures.
• Monitor production, adjust equipment to meet quality specs.
• Collect and test juice samples for consistency and quality.
• Perform resin vessel regeneration and equipment cleaning.
• Maintain production logs, operating records, and quality documentation.
• Communicate with shift leaders and supervisors to support goals.
• Cross-train in additional fruit processing operations.
