Responsabilités

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot juice processing equipment, including Bucher, De‑Oiler, Centrifuge, and Debittering Systems.
• Perform equipment startup, shutdown, cleaning, and sanitization procedures.
• Monitor production processes and adjust equipment to meet customer quality specifications.
• Collect and test juice samples to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Perform resin vessel regeneration and equipment cleaning procedures.
• Maintain accurate production logs, operating records, and quality documentation.
• Communicate with shift leaders and supervisors to support production goals.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and workplace safety requirements.
• Cross‑train in additional fruit processing operations.

• Ability to adapt to changing production priorities.
