Job summary

Key duties include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, dismantling and cleaning extractors, assisting in fruit grading, and serving as relief for breaks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Forklift license or ability to obtain one.
• Basic computer skills to operate touch screens.
• One year of plant manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with extraction and pasteurizing processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide floor support to ensure JBT extractors are running properly.
• Monitor JBT conveyor line to ensure extractors are running properly.
• Operate the pasteurizer when needed.
• Assist with dismantling and cleanup of extractors and grading table.
• Take hourly samples to ensure customer specifications.
• Adjust equipment to target customer specifications.
• Assist in fruit grading during loads requiring heavy culling.
• Follow safety rules and document CCPs as per HACCP.
