Job summary

Product Connections in Citrus Heights, CA is seeking staff to prepare and showcase juice and other specialty products at on-site client events. You will read demonstration materials, follow safety rules, and help with setup, sampling, and reporting to support retail marketing campaigns.

Experience in product marketing or demonstrations within the food/beverage industry is preferred. Certification in food safety or licensing may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Product Marketing, Product Demonstrations or in the food, beverage or restaurant industry preferred.
• Certificates: Applicable state and local food safety certification or license.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the area for specialized food products.
• Read materials accompanying product demonstrations to understand program scope and production requirements.
• Follow safety requirements when using equipment and practice proper lifting techniques.
• Adhere to tasks related to safe food handling, preparation, packaging and disposal.
• Complete reporting requirements as required.
• Monitor product event schedule and communicate updates to supervisor.
• Attend certifications and training sessions as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and proper cleaning procedures.
• Assist teammates with event setup/cleanup or kitchen duties when needed.
• Conduct food sampling and demonstrations to support business needs.
