Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking personnel for product demonstrations and food-related events in a retail setting. You will read program materials, set up demonstrations, and ensure compliance with safety and food handling rules.

The role involves preparing products, performing tastings, and assisting with event setup and teardown while following all safety guidelines and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in product marketing, product demonstrations or in the food, beverage or restaurant industry preferred.
• Ability to safely and effectively prepare juice or other specialty products for purchase.
• Ability to conduct demonstrations and sampling events of other products as needed.

Responsibilities

• Properly set up and prepare the area for specialized food products.
• Read materials accompanying product demonstrations to understand program scope and requirements.
• Follow safety requirements when using equipment and lifting techniques.
• Adhere to tasks related to safe food handling, preparation, packaging, labeling and disposal.
• Complete reporting requirements (including on-line) as required.
• Monitor the product event schedule and communications for updates and requests.
• Attend certifications and training sessions as required.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe work area and assist with event setup/cleanup.
• Conduct food sampling and demonstrations to support business needs.
