Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a part-time, in-store Marketing Associate to support product demonstrations and sampling events in a retail environment. You will set up displays, read program materials, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while assisting with setup, teardown and reporting tasks.

The role requires prior experience in product marketing or demonstrations in the food/beverage industry, and food safety certification. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work varied hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in product marketing or demonstrations in the food/beverage/restaurant industry preferred.
• Must be able to safely prepare juice or other specialty products for purchase.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the area for specialized food products.
• Read materials to understand program scope, instructions, and production requirements.
• Follow safety requirements when using equipment and lift heavy merchandise.
• Adhere to tasks related to safe food handling, production, packaging, labeling, merchandising and disposal.
• Complete reporting requirements, including online submissions.
• Monitor the event schedule and communications for updates and supervisor requests.
• Attend required trainings and certifications.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe work area and equipment.
• Assist teammates with event setup/teardown and kitchen duties as needed.
• Conduct food sampling and demonstrations to support business needs.
