Supreme Court of Ohio invites applicants for a developmental Fellow position in Columbus. The fellowship provides immersive, hands-on experience within critical business functions and supports strategic organizational priorities.

Fellows are embedded within designated offices (CFO, GC, IT, or Communications) and work on high-impact projects, research, and cross-functional collaboration. Extension possible, with exposure to senior leadership and structured professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to office and Court-wide initiatives aligned with strategic goals and organizational priorities.
• Assist with planning, implementation, and evaluation of strategic projects and operational improvements.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
• Prepare reports, presentations, recommendations, and other deliverables for leadership review.
• Support change management, innovation, and continuous improvement efforts within the assigned functional area.
