Responsabilités

• Assist customers with paperwork, reviews of court forms for completeness, and assigns case numbers.
• Receive and process incoming correspondence via email, mail, e-filing, and in-person filings.
• Direct customers to appropriate services such as legal clinics, self-help information and specialists.
• Maintain case documentation and update case management system with accurate data.
• Accept and process payments via cash, check, and credit card; reconcile cash drawer daily.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail; explain court processes without giving legal advice.
