Requirements vary by program/position including:

• U.S. citizenship required for all roles
• Current security clearance (interim secret at a minimum required for most roles)
• Bachelor's degree required for some programs; related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to work in a collaborative environment with government and contractor teams
• Recent experience supporting a DoD or IC environment
• Availability to support on-site and hybrid work schedules and varies by program/position

• DOD Financial Management including PPBE

Certifications

Most technical positions require certification to meet DOD Directive 8570 IAM/IAT such as Security+/Security + CE, CISSP, etc. Vendor-specific technical certifications may be required for some roles.
