Quality Consulting Group, LLC seeks a motivated individual to monitor third-shift production in our Puerto Rico and USA operations. You will train new hires, supervise shift activities, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance across the line.

The role requires knowledge of Injection Molding, GMP, and SPC, plus strong troubleshooting and leadership skills. Candidates must be able to work 3rd shift (10:30 PM–6:30 AM) and communicate effectively with the team.

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• Exposure to Injection Molding processes and knowledge of GMP and SPC are preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate and supervise people.
• Willingness to work the 3rd shift, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and direct third-shift production activities.
• Train and provide guidance to new hires.
• Evaluate employee performance on a timely basis.
• Maintain plant safety, security, and compliance throughout the shift.
• Ensure the quality and quantity of products manufactured during the shift.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and programs.
• Maintain proper organization, housekeeping, and cleanliness of the work area.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of processes and equipment.
• Complete and maintain required production and process documentation.
• Perform plant closing procedures at the end of the week.
• Ensure all responsibilities of supervised personnel are properly completed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

• Ability to perform basic process and equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to work the 3rd shift, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM.
