RDR, Inc. in Fort Bragg, NC seeks a JSOC Academic Instructor and Course Facilitator to educate, coordinate and develop lesson plans and curriculum across Joint SOF academic support within the scope of J7 Staff Development Division.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of National/USSOCOM policies and procedures related to SOF employment.
Comprehensive understanding of Joint SOF doctrine, strategic and operational level Joint SOF operations, and Joint SOF tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Ability to instruct both small and large audiences and facilitate multi-service DOD, Interagency, and international student courses.
Experience developing lesson plans and exercises and analyzing recent/historical operations for curriculum use.

Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate and deliver training to Combatant Commands and TSOCs and DOD, Interagency, and Service Academic Institutions.
Educate, coordinate, and develop lesson plans and curriculum across Joint SOF academic support within J7 Staff Development Division.
Instruct/facilitate multi-service and international student courses and brief senior leaders.
Prepare and present academic material or facilitate Senior Leader Seminars to senior officers and their staffs.
