Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of academic material and POI; ensure objectives are met.
• Prepare instructional periods in advance; use lesson plans and A/V aids.
• Administer examinations and analyze results to gauge learning.
• Provide corps coaching for color guard, drill, rifle, and adventure teams.
• Perform duties to support safety, logistics, and program SOPs.
• Communicate with parents and participate in related duties as assigned.
