Sylvania is seeking two positions for the JRMS Early Morning Gym for the 2026-2027 school year. Candidates must be CT Certified Teachers, supervising students attending the Morning Gym program.

The role meets four days a week and begins 30 minutes before the school day starts. A stipend of $3,902 per position is offered, with payments split across the school year.

Position:

JRMS Early Morning Gym - 2026-2027

Two (2) Positions Available (one position is split 50/50 the other is whole)

CT Certified Teacher

An interview may be necessary

Responsibilities:

• Supervise students attending Morning Gym.
• One time meeting for the purpose of reflection on club activities will be scheduled.

Time Requirement:

Meets 4 days/week

Begins 30 minutes prior to the start of the school day.

Stipend:

$3,902. per Position

½ paid in the first paycheck in December, ½ paid in the first paycheck in June
