Job summary

Sylvania is seeking a JRMS Chess Club advisor for the 2026-2027 school year. The role requires a CT Certified Teacher to supervise informal, friendly, and competitive chess games after school, with a warm-up activity and proper supervision.

You will coordinate weekly sessions, ensure all participants are picked up, and oversee friendly games and intense competitions before or after school. The stipend is $1,104, paid in two installments, December and June.
