Rycon Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for its Casework & Millwork Division in Oakdale, PA. This role supports Project Managers through estimating handoff, fabrication, and installation, ensuring project flow and documentation accuracy.

You will coordinate scheduling, submittals, RFIs, and takeoffs, read architectural drawings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This growth position offers a clear path toward Project Manager advancement within a collaborative

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in architectural woodwork, construction, or custom manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively with PMs and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Innergy software is helpful but not required.
• Computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, Work Orders, and other items as needed.

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our rapidly growing Casework & Millwork Division located in Oakdale, PA.

This role supports Project Managers in the execution of millwork projects from estimating handoff through fabrication and installation. APMs are assigned to specific projects and work closely with PMs to ensure project flow, documentation accuracy, and coordination across departments. This is a growth-oriented role with a path to becoming a Project Manager.

What you will do:

• Assist PMs with submittals, RFIs, and tracking approvals.
