Job description

Under the direction of the Director, Clinical Services, the Regional Nursing Manager will be responsible for directing clinical care and ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines. This highly visible and challenging position requires a motivated, clinically astute leader focused on patient care and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage a remote team of infusion nurses across multiple sites through coaching, training, and development.
2. Plan and execute the company-wide nursing program in accordance with legal procedures, nursing laws, and standards of care.
3. Conduct quarterly site visits and audits to ensure clinical excellence.
4. Recommend staffing requirements to meet clinical needs.
5. Serve as a point of escalation for clinical care and systems issues raised by nurses.
6. Resolve conflicts or escalate issues between care sites and corporate operations.
7. Provide ongoing training and support for care locations.
8. Support site startup processes and provide clinical care, including infusions, when needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience; typically 6+ years of professional experience and 0-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher.
• Active Compact RN license.

• At least 5 years of direct clinical care experience.
• Minimum 2 years of infusion experience.
• At least 2 years managing teams across multiple locations.
• Strong management and development skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business teams with a focus on clinical care.

Travel Requirements
